WVA are working with the Warrington SAB on ensuring accessible safeguarding information gets to community groups. We are pleased to be co-delivering a session outlining the work of the SAB to help you connect with the services, information and support it provides.

 

The session will help groups:

  • Have an awareness of what Warrington Safeguarding Adults Board does
  • Be familiar with the Safeguarding priorities for Warrington
  • Have an awareness of how you can contribute to the work of Warrington Safeguarding Adults Board
  • Be aware of the Warrington Safeguarding Adults Board website and the resources it can offer.
  • Be familiar with where to access Safeguarding policies, procedures and practice guidance
  • Be aware of training opportunities offered by Warrington Safeguarding Adults Board
  • Have an awareness of your role in the audit / learning circle process

The session is open to all who support adults and families in Warrington in the Voluntary sectors.
