Emergency Procedures

What to do if there is an emergency, or you’re worried about something.

If you cannot get hold of your buddy and you are worried something may have happened, please follow the following steps:

• Email Hello@warringtonva.org.uk with the name of your buddy, a member of the team will attempt to call on your behalf and update you
• Call the office on 01925 246880 and ask for a member of the Good Neighbours team
• Text 07915 979554 with details of your concerns.

In the case of a real emergency, always call 999 in the first instance, then inform the coordinator as soon as possible.
