Clare runs a small group called Thriving Families which helps new and existing parents to feel safe, heard and fulfilled.  

Clare started to use the WVA REFLECT tool in January this year to help to focus her thoughts, talk through ideas and make a realistic and achievable plan for the future.

REFLECT is a free tool that is available to all voluntary and community groups across Warrington.
