What would I be doing?

Burtonwood Sewing Group are looking for 4 volunteers that would be happy to help them out on Saturday 7th August, at Newton Town Show, Mesnes Park, WA12 9GP (Free Parking)

To help load up vehicles with event gear, then help to erect the gazebo once at the venue, set up tables and provide general help and support throughout the day.

What skills do I need?

Able to lift gazebo, set up of event gear and just be a friendly team player.

About Burtonwood Sewing Group

Burtonwood Sewing Group is a small community project set up to make a difference in the village of Burtonwood and surroundings. We’ve our own bespoke facility with all the equipment you could dream of for creating handmade items with sewing machines, we provide a friendly atmosphere where people make lifelong friends, whilst spending time making products for the community. Just recently we supported the NHS, creating 100’s of pieces of PPE items for hospitals, care homes, hospices and a GP practices.
