Based: All of Warrington
Categories: Supporting people
Does this opportunity include close supervision / mentoring?: Yes
Does this opportunity require independent working?: Yes
Is this opportunity suitable for someone looking to participate / first-time volunteer?: Yes

What would I be doing?

A Drama Group Facilitator is a person who can deliver, teach or overlook the drama group. This can be anything from watching members act out scripts or if you want to introduce creative drama to help with confidence.

This volunteering role would be ideal for anyone who is doing drama at college or is experienced in teaching drama.

What skills do I need?

Drama is excellent in helping people with mental health conditions. It is desirable for a drama group facilitator to be experienced in delivering a variety of drama-related activities so that they can teach our members a new skill or improve the skills that they have.

Ideally, you would have experience in working with people with mental health conditions, but this is not essential
