Assistant Leader/Leader in Training for Girlguiding Culcheth District

What would I be doing?

Assistant Leaders are women aged 18 or over and they need to be or must be willing to become a Girlguiding member.

Assistant Leaders work as part of a Unit Leadership Team that includes at least one Unit Leader and may include other Assistant Leaders, Young Leaders and Unit Helpers.

Assistant Leaders take part in the learning and development opportunities both 'on the job' and through formal and informal training sessions. You would work with girls and young women to make a difference in your community while developing your skills and making new friends.

What skills do I need?

Good organisational skills, creative, and willing to get stuck in and work within a team.

About Girlguiding Culcheth District

Girlguiding UK is the largest youth organisation for girls in the UK today. Culcheth District has a thriving Girlguiding community from Rainbows (age 5-7years), through Brownies (age 7-10 years), on to Guides (age 10-14 years) and finally Senior Section (age 14 –25 years).
