What would I be doing?

As the clients first point of contact you will be responsible for greeting the clients, assessing the clients' needs and facilitating their use of the service.
You will assist the Adviser's by matching the client with the correct adviser to address their issues or needs.

What skills do I need?

We feel that the skills required for this role are: good communication skills, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work with written English and some financial information.

Recruitment and training details:

After receiving your enquiry our volunteer manager will contact you and invite you to an informal meeting to discuss the role and the training involved.

The training for this role can take upto 6-12 months to complete to become a fully trained Assessor. This role also requires a commitment to one day a week on a regular basis.
