Designed with sports clubs and activity groups in mind this session covers the need to know information about recruiting and managing volunteers.
Club Warrington (a partnership between Livewire, Warrington Wolves Foundation and Warrington Voluntary Action) are hosting the first of a new training programme to ensure the sustainability of sports clubs and activity groups.
In reply to popular demand the first course is Volunteer Management. This two part (you must attend both to achieve) course looks at:
- Is your organisation volunteer ready?
- Operating and organising with volunteers
- Making the ask
Due to restrictions on the venue we as that only TWO members of each organisation attend. This should be your Volunteer Co-Ordinator / Lead and another person that will take some responsibility for your volunteer programme.
The course runs on the 7th and 14th July - 1830 - 2100
