the gather and grow title

We are reacting to requests and challenges faced by small volunteer groups and charities with small staff teams to support their leaders in the skills they need to navigate the ever changing landscape of the VCFSE sector.

Part of this will be Gather and Grow (GG) sessions to provide leaders a peer support forum to attempt to make leadership a less lonely position.

This survey is designed to get a baseline so we can create the right support.

If you are a paid or voluntary leader of a small organisation (under £250,000 income generally), then this is for you.

SECTION ONE - About your organisation

What is your approximate income?

We are not judging, we are just trying to get a picture of the sector.

SECTION TWO - About you

Doesn't have to be accurate, just roughly will do.

How would you realistically describe your leadership situation?
Do you find leadership stressful?
What are the things you find challenging as a leader? Be honest. Check all that apply.

SECTION THREE - If you are a board / committee member

What concerns you most about being on a board? (check all that apply)
Do you have confidence in the rest of your board?

SECTION FOUR - How would you like the information?

Based on your own situation, when would you need the sessions to be?
Please put in order (highest on top) your preference on how you would like the training sessions to be delivered. Weight

Virtual large group lectures with no interaction

What might be useful?

This whole section is optional, we ask that you only request something you would attend, we don’t want to put resources into something people think is a good idea and then don’t show up to.
