EQIS - Pre-qis

Welcome to EQIS. This is the first part (that we call 'pre-qis' in the office) where we gather some basic information and start your quality assurance journey. From here a member of the WVA Team will work with you to establish the most appropriate next step for your group / organisation.

If you are an organisation that already holds a quality assurance mark and feel that a deep dive into your organisation has already been covered through that process, contact [email protected] to discuss how EQIS can be adapted for you.

EQIS is open to projects, departments and teams of larger organisations. It's for any service that has a strong focus on mental wellbeing. For the section below on policies, we can look into how you fit into the wider organisation's policies and protocols,

We may request to see these if you are pre-approved (you have accreditation in place) but you don't need to submit any policies now.

If you are going on to complete all EQIS stages you'll be required to upload as many of these as you feel are relevant to your activities. You can upload them now.
