What can you expect from us?
Warrington & Halton Support Hub offers free mental health support in a welcoming, comfortable, non-judgmental, and non-clinical environment. Our experienced team is available to provide emotional, social and practical support if you are in crisis or feel you are heading toward a crisis situation. You can come just for a chat, or to access one-to-one emotional support. We also provide group discussions, workshops, and activities designed to help you effectively manage your mental health and wellbeing.

Who is this service for?
Anyone aged 18 and over can come to the Warrington & Halton Support Hub, you can drop in, give us a call, send us an email, or have a professional refer you to the service.

Warrington - Thursday-Monday, 6pm-midnight - Ribban Court, 20 Dallam Lane, Warrington, WA2 7NG    
Widnes - venue to be confirmed 
Runcorn - Wednesday, 6pm-10pm, Virtual support 10pm-midnight  -  Castlefields Community Centre, Village Square, Castlefields, Runcorn, WA7 2ST    
How we offer support: We provide a wide range of support options, including face-to-face, phone, email or video call.

Calls and emails are monitored by staff during opening hours. You may email/leave a message at any other time of day and this will be responded to during opening hours.

Please note: Warrington & Halton Support Hub is not suitable for people needing urgent medical attention (for example, after self-harm) ; for urgent medical care please attend your nearest A&E or call 999.

Please also be mindful that if your behaviour is inappropriate and/or negatively impacts the safety and wellbeing of others using the service, you may be turned away.
