This short course is for anyone that posts or manages the social media for their organisation as a volunteer or staff member.

Love it or loathe it, social media is here to stay and is the way in which most organisations are getting messages out to their service users, supporters and even funders.

This briefing is about making the biggest impact through whatever platform you use by creating strong messages.

The session covers:

Creating strong, consistent messages

Understanding different platforms

Safety considerations

Hints and tips for effective posting
