The course offers a basic introduction to the essential tools and techniques of volunteer management, providing outlines of what procedures need to be in place for involving volunteers within your organisation. You will gain a useful checklist of what to have in place, plus hints and tips for working with volunteers. This is also a great opportunity to learn from others, and network with other local organisations.
